(1) PAYMENT:

I accept payments through Paypal via Etsy or Facebook. Once you confirm your order, you will be invoiced.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, your order will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

Orders are process and shipped in about 2 weeks.

 (2) SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post “letter mail” or “air mail.”

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME:

Canada ~ Around 2 weeks via Canada Post Regular Parcel Mail

United States ~  Around 2 Weeks via Canada Post Air Mail

Elsewhere ~ Around 2-3 Weeks via Canada Post Air Mail

The CastAway Collection does not pay any international custom fees. You as the buyer are responsible to pay any additional custom, duty, or tax charges that may be added to your international order.

The CastAway Collection is not responsible for any items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment.  However please contact me to discuss further and I will gladly work something out with you.

Your item(s) will be shipped to the address on your Paypal receipt. Please ensure this address is correct.

Packaging will vary depending upon the size of the item most are tastefully gift wrapped with tissue paper and/or plastic covering with ribbon. I do keep packing simple as to reduce shipping costs to you, the buyer.

I would be please to combine shipping for multiple items.  Please contact me to discuss further and for a combined shipping rate.  I will also refund you any additional shipping charges that are not necessary.

(3) REFUND AND/OR EXCHANGES:

I stand behind the quality of my items and your satisfaction is very important to me. However, please note, I do not except returns and/or refunds at this time.

I am willing to address orders on an individual basis so please contact me.

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly in the photos as compared to the actual product. Also, all items are handcrafted with tender, loving-care with slight variations occurring between like-products. Please ask about any other details that are not listed in the description regarding shop items.

Also, most items should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry for best care. If you decide to machine wash, please do so on your washer’s gentle cycle and expect some “wear” over time.

 (4) SIZING (HATS):

Sizing is based on averages for age; for an exact fit custom orders can be arranged. For hats, measurements are taken via baby’s head circumstances. Please note that all hats do have some stretch.

Newborn: Up to 12 inches

0-3 Months: 12-13 inches
